Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Winter Sports Try-outs will begin on Oct. 30th. You must have a registered in Finalforms, meet the academic standards and have a physical on file in the Athletic Office.
Pink out for the “Fight against Cancer” will be observed at Friday’s night game. Please wear your pink.
Friday (Oct. 6)
- V. Football defeated Roanoke Rapids.
Saturday (Oct. 7)
- The Cross-Country team competed in the Ben Snelling Cancer Classic. The Girls came in 3rd place and the Boys came in 8th.
Monday (Oct. 9)
- Athletic Booster Club meeting at 6 pm in the Media Center.
Tuesday (Oct. 10)
- Volleyball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
- Tennis will participate in the first round of the Big East Conference tournament. Match time: 1 pm at North Carolina Wesleyan.
Wednesday (Oct. 11)
- Tennis will participate in the Championship round of the Big East Conference tournament. Match time: 1 pm at North Carolina Wesleyan.
- Soccer will travel to Nash Central. Game time: 4 pm.
- Cross Country will travel to Roanoke Rapids. Game time: 6 pm.
Thursday (Oct. 12)
- Volleyball will travel to Northern Nash. Game time: 4 pm and 5 pm.
- JV Football will travel to Southern Nash. Game time: 6:30 pm.
Friday (Oct. 13)
- V. Football will host Southern Nash. It is Senior Night, so please come out to say thank you for participating in Gryphons Athletics. It is also our Pink Out game to Fight against Cancer. Wear your pink.
