Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Winter Sports Try-outs will begin today. You must be registered in Finalforms, meet the academic standards and have a physical on file in the Athletic Office.
Friday (Oct. 27)
- Northern Nash defeated the V. Football team.
Saturday (Oct. 28)
- Cross Country results: The Girls finished in 6th place in the NCHSAA Regional Championship. Congratulations to Candrice Davis and Maddie Girouard. They qualified to participate in the NCHSAA State Meet.
- A Gryphon Congratulations goes out to McKinley Battle. She is the NCHSAA 3A State Tennis Individual Champion!
Monday (Oct. 30)
- Basketball tryouts location and time: Girls 2:45 to 5 pm. Main Gym, Boys 2:45 to 5 pm Auxiliary Gym.
- Indoor track tryouts: 2:45 pm to 4:30 pm.
- Swimming tryouts: 3:30 pm at the YMCA.
- Tennis will travel to Fike to participate in the 4th round of the NCHSAA Dual playoffs. Match time: 3:30 pm. Teacher please excuse them today at 2 pm.
- Wrestling tryouts: 6 pm to 7:30 pm in the Wrestling room.
