Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Tuesday (Dec. 5)
- Basketball will host Hertford. Game time: 4:30 pm. (No JV girls’ game)
- Wrestling will travel to Farmville Central. Match time: 5 pm.
Wednesday (Dec. 6)
- Wrestling host Hunt and Nash Central. Match time: 6 pm in the auxiliary gym.
Thursday (Dec. 7)
- Basketball will travel to Hunt. Game time: 4:30 pm. Tickets must be purchase on Ticketspicket.com.
Friday (Dec. 8)
- Swim will compete at the YMCA. Meet time: 5 pm.
Saturday (Dec. 9)
- Indoor Track will travel to East Chapel Hill. Meet time: 10 am.
