Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

- The Girls’ Basketball team defeated will Hunt. The JV and Varsity Boys were defeated.
Friday (Dec. 8)
- Swim will compete at the YMCA. Meet time: 5 pm.
Saturday (Dec. 9)
- Indoor Track will travel to East Chapel Hill. Meet time: 10 am.
Tuesday (Dec. 12)
- Basketball will travel to Bunn. Game time: 4:30 pm.
- Wrestling team will travel to SouthWest. Match time: 6:00 pm.
Wednesday (Dec. 13)
- Indoor Track will travel to J.H. Rose. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
- Wrestling will travel to Louisburg. Match time: 6 pm.
