Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Spring Sports will begin on Feb. 14. You must be registered, have a physical on and passed 70 % of your courses from first semester. Please see Coach Gainey for any questions or concerns.
Thursday (Feb. 8)
- 3 members of the swim team will compete in the NCHSAA State Meet at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary. Meet time: 8 am.
- Congratulations to Ke’Sondra Pickett. She will be signing today at 1 pm to continue her track career at Wesleyan University.
- Boys’ Tennis interest meeting will be held immediately afterschool.
Friday (Feb. 9)
- Basketball will host Southern Nash. This is Senior Night, so please come out and say thank you. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Saturday (Feb. 10)
- Wrestling will travel to the NCHSAA Regional Meet at East Wake. Meet time: 9 am.
- 13 members of the indoor track team will compete in the NCHSAA State meet at the JDL Track Center in Winston Salem.
Tuesday (Feb. 13) Basketball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 4:30 pm.
