Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

- Westover defeated the Boys’ Basketball team in first round of the NCHSAA State playoffs.
- The Girls’ Basketball team defeated Orange High School in the in first round of the NCHSAA State playoffs.
Wednesday (Feb. 28)
- Softball will travel to Farmville. (Doubleheader) Game time: 4:30 pm.
- Baseball will host SouthWest. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Thursday (Feb. 29)
- Softball will host Fike. Game time: 6 pm.
- Golf will participate at Northgreen Country Club. Tee time: 1 pm.
Friday (Mar. 1)
- Baseball will host Beddingfield. Game time: 5 pm.
