Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Northern Nash defeated the Tennis team.
Soccer defeated the Bunn team.
Southern Nash defeated the Baseball and Softball team.
Wednesday (Mar. 20)
Golf will travel to Brevofield C.C. Tee time: 1 pm.
Track will host Bunn and Franklinton. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
Thursday (Mar. 21)
Tennis will host Bunn. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Baseball vs Southern Nash. Game time: 6 pm.
Softball vs Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
Saturday (Mar. 23)
The track team will travel to Elizabeth City. Meet time: 10 am.
