Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website. 

 

To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

 

Important items:

·         GoFan for admission to games. $8

·         Season passes - $125.00 (GoFan app)                  

·         Letterman Jackets - $140.00, 5X - $190

·         RM Stickers and Team stickers - $2.00

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com  to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions.  There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

The Athletic Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday, May 8th.  The meal will start at 5 pm and the banquet will start at 6 pm.  Athletes will need to see Coach M. Gainey from Wednesday, May 1st until Monday, May 6th to get your meal ticket.  Guest meal will cost $10 and they are available now on GoFan.  The awards presentation is free. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARDS.

 

Tuesday (Apr. 16)

  • EA Sports defeated West Brunswick

  • Franklinton defeated the Tennis team.

  • Northern Nash defeated the Soccer team.

  • Roanoke Rapids defeated the Baseball and Softball team.

 

Wednesday (Apr. 17)

  • Golf will compete at Northgreen.  Tee time: 1 pm.

  • Track will travel to Franklinton.  Meet time: 3:30 pm.

  • Tennis will travel to Nash Central.  Match time: 3:30 pm.

 

Thursday (Apr. 18)

  • Special Olympics will be participating at the stadium.

  • Tennis will travel to Northern Nash. Match time: 3:30 pm.

  • Soccer will host Bunn.  Game time: 4 pm.

  • Baseball will travel to Roanoke Rapids.  Game time: 6 pm.

  • Softball will host Southern Nash.  It is senior night, so please come out and say thank you for participating in Gryphon Athletics. Game time: 6:45 pm.

 

Friday (Apr. 18)

  • Special Olympics will be participating at the stadium
