Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

The Athletic Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday, May 8th. The meal will start at 5 pm and the banquet will start at 6 pm. Athletes will need to see Coach M. Gainey from Wednesday, May 1st until Monday, May 6th to get your meal ticket. Parents and guest meal will cost $10 and the tickets are available now on GoFan. The awards presentation is free. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARDS.

Northern Nash defeated the Tennis team.
Esports defeated Pasquotank County and Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy.
Soccer defeated Bunn.
Roanoke Rapids defeated the Baseball team.
Southern Nash defeated the Softball team.
Friday (Apr. 19)
Special Olympics will be participating at the stadium.
Monday (Apr. 22)
Golf will travel to Chockoyotte C.C. Tee time: 3 pm.
The Soccer team will play Franklinton. Site will be determined.
Tuesday (Apr. 23)
Softball and Baseball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
Tennis will participate in the Big East Conference Tournament at Sunset Park. Match time: 1 pm.
