Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Winter sports, basketball, indoor track, swimming and wrestling begins on Oct. 30th. You must be registered in Finalforms, have a physical on file and pass the required courses at the end of last semester.
Carolina Quick Care, across from Walmart, is offering free physicals until Nov. 5th.
The FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) will be collecting cleaning items through Friday, Nov. 1st for the families of Western North Carolina. If you would like to donate, please deliver items to the school or any home varsity football game.
Thursday, Oct. 3rd
Congratulations to the Tennis team, they defeated Northern Nash and are the Big East Conference Champions.
Southern Nash defeated the Volleyball program.
Nash Central defeated the JV Football team.
Friday, Oct. 4th
· V. Football will host Nash Central. (No bookbags will be allowed in the stadium). Game time: 7 pm. It is Sponsor Appreciation night, so please come out and say thank you for investing in Gryphons’ Athletics.
Saturday, Oct. 5th
Cross Country will travel to Franklinton. Meet time: 10 am.
Monday, Oct. 7th
Tennis will host Nash Central. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Tuesday, Oct. 8th
Tennis will travel to Wesleyan University to compete in the first round of the Big East Conference Tournament. Match time: 1 pm.
Volleyball will host Franklinton. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
Wednesday, Oct. 9th
Cross Country will travel to Nash Central. Meet time: 5 pm.
Soccer will host Nash Central. Game time: 4 pm.
