Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website. 

To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Important items:

·         GoFan for admission to games. Football, Basketball and Swimming $10.  All other sports $8

·         Season passes - $125.00 (GoFan app)                  

·         Letterman Jackets - $140.00, 5X - $190

·         RM Stickers and Team stickers - $2.00

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com  to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions.  There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Winter sports, basketball, indoor track, swimming and wrestling begins on Oct. 30th. You must be registered in Finalforms, have a physical on file and pass the required courses at the end of last semester.

Carolina Quick Care, across from Walmart, is offering free physicals until Nov. 5th.

The FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) will be collecting cleaning items through Friday, Nov. 1st for the families of Western North Carolina.  If you would like to donate, please deliver items to the school or any home varsity football game. 

Monday, Oct. 14th

  • Roanoke Rapids defeated the Soccer team.

  • Franklinton defeated the Volleyball team in the 1st round of the Big East Tournament. 

Wednesday, Oct. 16th 

  • Soccer will travel to Southern Nash. Game time: 5 pm.

Thursday, Oct. 17th

  • Cross Country will travel to Red Oak to compete in the Big East Conference Championship. Meet time: 5 pm.

  • JV Football will host Southern Nash.  Game time: 6:30 pm.

  • Rocky Mount Middle will play at the stadium.  Game time: 4 pm.

Friday, Oct. 18th

·         Maddie Girouard, Lauren Tedford, Hannah and Lynzie Richardson will travel to Burlington to participate in the NCHSAA Individual Regional Tournament.  Match time: 1 pm.

  • V. Football will travel to Southern Nash.  Game time: 7 pm.
