Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Saturday, Nov. 30th
• The V. Girls Basketball team defeated Millbrook at the Southeast Raleigh Invitational.
Tuesday, Dec. 3rd.
• The JV and Varsity Basketball teams will travel to Hertford Co. Game start time: 4:00 pm.
Wednesday, Dec. 4th
• Wrestling will host Bunn. Match time: 6 pm.
Friday, Dec.6th
• The Swim team will compete at the YMCA. Meet time: 5 pm.
Saturday, Dec. 7th
• JV and Varsity Cheer will travel to the Raleigh Convention Center to compete in the State Competition. JV and Varsity times: TBA.
• Indoor Track will travel to East Chapel Hill. Meet time: 10 am.
• JV Boys Basketball team will play Washington at the Tarboro JV Invitational Tournament and the V. Boys will play Fike. Game time: JV- 4:30 pm and V. – 7:30 pm.
