Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Monday, Apr. 14th
• Track will host the Nash County Meet. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
• Tennis will host Franklinton. It is Senior Night so please come out and say thank you for participating in Gryphons Athletics. Match time: 3:30 pm.
• Soccer will host SouthWest. Game time: 4 pm.
• Booster Club Meeting at 6 pm.
Tuesday, Apr. 15th
• Tennis will compete in the Big East Conference Tournament at Sunset Park. Match time: TBA.
• Soccer will travel to Roanoke Rapids. Game time: 6 pm.
• Baseball will travel to Northern Nash. Game time: 6 pm.
• Softball will host Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
• Basketball open gym. You must have a physical, registered in finalforms and passed 3 out of 4 classes last semester. 2:45 pm until 4:30 pm.
Wednesday, Apr. 16th
• Tennis will compete in the Big East Conference Championship at Sunset Park. Match time: TBA.
• Golf will compete at Northgreen Country Club. Tee time: 1 pm.
• Track will host Roanoke Rapids, Nash Central and Franklinton. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
Thursday, Apr. 17th
• Baseball and Softball will host Northern Nash. It is Senior Night, so please come out and say thank you for participating in Gryphons Athletics. Game time: 6 pm.
• Soccer will travel to Southern Nash. Game time: 6 pm.
• The City of Rocky Mount Senior Games will be competing at the stadium. Meet time: 10 am.
